Proposing a Project to the District and Decision Framework

Updated process for engaging the District about potential projects:

The District board has formed an exploratory committee tasked with evaluating any potential projects that would fit into the Districts’ charter and long term economic and community benefit. It is recommended to first reach out to the exploratory committee members to help determine if a project would be legal, viable, and worth further consideration.  They can also help guide you through the evaluation process and setting up any potential presentation to the board at a future public meeting.

Before making contact, please review the legal criteria in steps 1 thru 6 in the Proposing a Project / Decision Framework document (PDF) below to determine if your project is suitable.
